Repair Services
We currently perform RMA work on Laptop computers, CRT, LCD, TV and Medical monitors, Projectors, Kiosks, Security time lapse VCRs, DVRs, printers and touch-screen displays. We also perform special rework projects based on Engineering Change Notices (Factory Defect Reworks). All Service is performed by our factory trained Technicians and can be provided down to board component level.

Repair Terms & Conditions
Repair Services
For Out-of-Warranty repairs, Mitsubishi Warehouse California Corp. (MWC) requires a $60.00 analysis fee. If you approve the repair estimate and authorize the repairs, then the $60.00 analysis fee will be applied towards the cost of those repairs. If you do not accept the Out-of-Warranty repair estimate and wish to decline the repairs, then you will be responsible to pay the $60.00 analysis fee plus the additional shipping and handling fees to return your unit.
If we do not hear from you within 30 days or you fail to render payment in full within 15 days, we will dispose your unit.
Warranty
MWC warrants to customer that any services provided hereunder will be performed in a professional manner, in strict compliance, and with the care, skill, and diligence, and in accordance with the applicable standards, currently recognized in MWC’s profession or industry. If MWC fails to meet applicable professional standards, then MWC will, without additional compensation, promptly correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in the services furnished hereunder. MWC Warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of repair. Warranty period does not cover parts used to repair your units that maybe defective from the manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
Except for claims subject to indemnification, in no event shall MWC be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of use of data or interruption of business, whether such alleged damages are alleged in trot, or contract, even if MWC has been advised of the possiblility of such damages.
Further, MWC shall not be responsible to Customer for any damages caused by any third party other than independent contractors or agents of MWC. MWC’s liability for any and all damages shall be limited to the amount of the charges to be paid to MWC for the Services. Furthermore, MWC shall have no liability for damage or delay caused by acts of God or nature (including without limitation, flood, windstorm, earthquake, tidal waves, tornadoes), seizure under legal process, labor disputes, water sprinkler leakage, fire, theft, or other cause beyond the reasonable control of MWC, to extent such damages or destruction is not covered by insurance.
